Terms and Conditions


Consultation

  • A free consultation is offered (in-person, by phone or on Skype, depending on the teacher’s availability) so that we can discuss your level and goals for improvement.


Payment of lessons

  • All lesson fees are non-refundable, and the lessons are valid to be taken within 12 months (cancellation notice periods apply).

  • Payment is taken in advance of each lesson and is made at the time of booking (either monthly at the beginning of the month, or lesson-by-lesson).  

  • A package of 10 lessons is available at a 10% discount.


Punctuality

  • If you are late, the teacher will try to extend the lesson accordingly, but is under no obligation to do so.

  • If your teacher is late, you will be informed as soon as possible, with the lesson extended accordingly, or any lost lesson time re-arranged at a later date.    


Cancellation policy

  • If we are unable - for any reason - to provide any of the lessons you have booked, we will offer a refund for the proportion of the lessons that we are unable to deliver, or the opportunity to reschedule.

One-to-One or Small Group lessons:

  • 8 hours notice must be given if the student/s needs to reschedule a lesson for any reason, including illness. If less than 8 hours notice is given, the teacher will try to re-arrange the lesson for the same day, but is under no obligation to do so. 

    In-company lessons:

  • 24 hours notice must be given if your company needs to reschedule a lesson.


Teacher

  • We aim to offer students the same teacher for all of their lessons, however this cannot always be guaranteed in cases of holidays, illness or absence.
